The meals were fabulous at all three restaurants. Christmas Eve at the Steakhouse was a treat with a lot of attention and delicious meal.
Room 1019 - the lamp above the couch doesn't work properly even after maintenance came to fix it..... possibly a short in it.
A guest nearby was screaming at his wife, slamming doors, swearing on Monday. Monday night we are awakened by security @ 11:30 pm; they were seeking smokers on our floor. Tuesday there was still a lot of smoke in the air from a nearby guest. When we checked out, the desk clerk stated the problem guests had left. It was reassuring that they were removed, but disconcerting that they were there at all.

Really enjoyed my stay. wish it had been a little warmer so i could have sat on the balcony but i just angled the comfortable room chair and looked out the window and enjoyed the view. The christmas trees were absolutely beautiful. Loved the bird.he is beautiful

I checked in and was instantly upgraded to VIP, which was fantastic then they said I was guest of the day, so we were able to receive bottle of wine or fruit plate we took the fruit, The hotel personel were wonderful they all took the time to really make our stay most comfortable. My father inlaw is Ukraine, speaks no engilsh. He said he went to the Arab Imerrits and stayed at a 5 star hotel.. He said the San Luie was nicer and better maintained Love the time we spent there.. Love staying here because it's fairly convenient to the convention center.
My room had no a/c during the days I was there. I called for maintenance both days and it took hours until I finally went down to the front office and requested service. Very frustrating to have an 80* room and try to sleep.

The description of the room included Tempurpedic bedding but in stead an overly soft mattress was waiting for us.

The pool/bar areas outside, the Steak House Restaurant food and service, valet parking service, and check-in experience.

Loved the pool!!! Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very nice.
Bad TV reception, for the price you pay you would think they would have nicer TV's and better reception. Sink had a terrible oder.
