We left a hotel because it was terrible - Double Tree was awesome - they gave us warm cookies and we had a shuttle to supper - I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very classy establishment.

Loved the double tree but I would not recommend going through Hotelsone the non refundable is ridiculous I was picked on jury duty that ended being a murder case and I had no way to retract or rebook but made it.
Room 405 had a muggy scent.

At time short staffed at checkout counter and long wait but staff was nice

Location excellent - beach area clean. Personnel are top-notch :o)
Need more shade umbrella's for the earlier pool-loving guests. Noticed by 3:45-4pm each day the bldg. provides it well but for earlier need more shade and normal chairs for people that just want to sit and visit at the pool.

Loved the hotel, pool, bar!! The staff was very pleasant and eager to fulfill our needs!
I do not feel like there should be a charge for parking!!! I've never stayed at a hotel that charged for parking, that is ridiculous!!But, what other options do you have?? For the price of the rooms parking should definitely not be an added charge!!! :(
