This hotel needs an elevator. It is located along a busy Interstate and many travelers can no longer lift luggage up and down several flights of steps.
If I could not get a guaranteed first floor room, I would not stay here again.
The staff made an error with my documentation during the stay - unfortunately then did not catch it until I had checked out. They mailed the ID to me and I got a sincere letter of apology which I appreciated.

Room was clean and fresh appearing.
The only seating in my room was a desk chair on wheels. Low-wattage light bulbs made reading difficult.

Not much.
There was construction in the lobby. Dust all over every thing. Ice machine out of order most convenient door to lobby was locked. Had Avery loud exhaust fan outside my door. The whole place was worn. I don't think I will.ever go. Back to another Quality inn. The name is not fitting.
