Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Room was in need of maintainence. e.g. toilet room door would not shut/latch, front door lock striker plate was not secured (door jamb split), outside stairs in need of repair(broken/loose treads), floor tiles in hall/breezeway loose causing hazard of catching feet, trash in parking and pool areas.

Good shower, quiet facility and nice staff.

One of the two beds had wrinkled sheets with hair between the sheets -not likely clean sheets. The office breakfast area was not clean - the juice machine was very dirty under the cup drains and the lid to the condiment container hd long term mold. Place needs to be cleaned good.
