Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gahanna/Columbus Airport, an IHG Hotel

Shortly after we got in our room our commode was not working. We went down to Front desk and they apologized and promptly gave us another room close to our 1st one Fast efficient service!!!

Rooms were laid out conveniently & comfortable. Manager David addressed the problems & concerns I shared w/him & promptly & professionally made sure to compensate for them.

We had an issue the first night with the bed being made incorrectly, mattress pad was laid on wrong & we had to 're-make' bed after tired, late arrival. There were also black hairs matted into this woven pad. Addressed this issue w/manager & he compensated us for this inconvenience in a professional manner & even made a personal call to our room. We would come back as had stayed here before & had great experience. Also, while checking out, there was one housekeeping employee who TWICE while we were making trips down hall to pack our things, continued past us with cart in hall causing US to have to stop & get out of the way, instead of her moving so guests could pass first. Felt that was not professional of her. Machine to make pancakes in morning was 'out of order'. No biggie.
