Nothing.

That the hotel was closed. We had this hotel booked through your site. By taxi from Dalaman airport to Dalaman Park Hotel altos bring. Close. No alternative. With taxi drove around to another place. So very poorly regulated.

I found the hotel staff were in most cases pleasant and helpful. Ithought that the reception staff were the least friendly. I would have appreciated a little more help on arrival, the presence of a porter to assist with unloading if luggage from the taxi would have added to the experience. I thought the hotel was more geared to conference business at the particular time of my stay. I was disappointed at the range of menu offered in the smaller restaurant, I felt the choice offered was very limited, perhaps that explained the absence of customers at dinner. On the two occasions I attended, my wife and I were the only persons present.

Very good place in general. Particularily good with the walking connection along the ocean all the way into Fuengirola. Perfect for our daily walking exersise.

At times staff were overly tied up with weddings.

Rooms have all vieuw to the sea and are very comfortable and nicely furnished Beach is close. The hotel is outside the city and a 10 min. walk is requested to reach the first bars and shops.

Television signal is under the overall comfort level. Consumption prices are a little high

Overall, OK, but the quote I got from yourselves, which partly decided us on the Hotel was a charge of 17.50 euros for evening dinner. The Hotel said this did not apply and as I did not have your booking details with me, I could not support the 17.50 charge, so ended up paying 27.50 euros for 4 evening meals. Note! I have since sent the the booking details to the hotel via email on 13/June and await their reply, and hopefully the refund. In addition I understood your quote included IVA but they also added this figure of 7% to the total bill including accomodation & food. Is this correct6?

The Sea view, the Hotel was very old world and clean. Air condition very effective in the rooms, staff generally very friendly.

The treatment regarding paying the bill at reception not very helpful when querying the bill. The lack of tea making equipment in the room. The general price of drinks at the bars eg 8.00 + euros for a Bacardia and coke, seems very expensive, most other 4* hotels we visited charge around 6.00 euros inc IVA.

Decoration in general is ugly, but even if Fuengirola is the ideal destination, the hotel is located on the beach, so it is very comfortable and enjoyable.
