I miss placed an article of clothing at hotel- when I called to see if anything turned in- front desk was very helpful & checked all areas for the item- even called me back to say could not be found- she was great.

I had called a week before our arrival and asked for a ground floor room. Was told to request it at check-in. At check-in around 4:00 pm were told there were none available! Waited over an hour to get a ground floor room. The house keeping staff was behind that day! I guess so....from 1200 Noon until 4:00 pm!!

The room was clean and very nice. Calling ahead for breakfast in the room is awesome. The staff was great.

They gave us transportation to our destination. The night help doesn't know how far it is to Stagecoach Ballroom as it was only about 4 miles.
The comforters were dirty,found a big roach on the wall, bathtub didn't drain and the room was dirty. You could tell they don't sweep the rug as there is dirt on the trim (mop boards).
