Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ft. Worth North/At Fossil

We had NO towels/washcloths upon arrival at 3pm. Refrigerator would not cool. Called front desk and was told they didn't have any clean towels... all were in laundry and some would be brought up when they were finished. I was also told that no rooms were available to move us to due to the fridge issue and that they had no extra fridge available but could possibly move us the next day. 7pm still had no towels. Called front desk and when they brought them they brought 2 towels and 1 washcloth. They said there were no more washcloths. 9pm washcloth was delivered.First morning, no juice in dispensers at breakfast when serving started nor an hour later. 2nd morning juice in dispensers but food was not re-stocked for over an hour. Small tables with two chairs only at each one. Large families were standing to eat or having to take chairs from other tables. I've stayed in many, many hotels for business trips and personal trips and have never been told they had no clean towels. We were never moved to a room with a working fridge and were not contacted about the fridge issue at all. We simply didn't even bother to ask again.

The beds were comfortable and the location was good. The staff was friendly.

The room smelled badly from the air conditioner. Even when we turned on the AC and left the room for a while, the smell did not go away. There were no towels in the bathroom and it took over an hour to get them. The morning breakfast bar was lacking much food and it was obvious it was not being attended to after the food was put out.

It was a good price.

The hair dryer did not work.
