I like the quick response I got with my questions and needs being met.
Did not like the recycled toilet paper and kleenexes...terrible. Please start supplying the better quality products...makes a big difference, especially for the price I'm paying to stay there.

Very clean; nice bed and pillows
Stayed 2 nights and we had someone upstairs that was walking the floor; not sure what was up with that; finally about 4:30am the second night we had to call the desk and report it. They said they would give them a call and it did stop after we called; should have called sooner so we could have gotten some sleep.

They had a battery for my wireless mouse and the man was real polite and asked me if there was anything else he could help me with. also had fresh cookies available.
The bed was real uncomfortable and did not have the adjustment option as advertised. the room service was terrible the food was cold and overcooked. They never answered the phone and had to walk to the restaurant and place the order. Waitress had no idea what was on the menu and and what ws inclusive with the meal. would not reccommend to any one.

The service and pool were great.
In the room we stayed in the floor seemed to be bowed and the drawers would come out on their own if you started opening them and the beds were uncomfortable due to feeling like the head of the beds was elevated (second floor) - it was also too noisy due to upstairs moving around too much as my kids and us were trying to get to sleep.
