Staff, house-keeping, near location to restaurants.
Suggestion. Perhaps, if you put a small floor rug, rubber mat , or something to take your shoes off as soon as you enter the room,(during winter) it would help. We had boots on, took them off when we got in the door, but still had puddles of water and our socks were drenched on our way to the bathroom. I am thinking a mat would make customers and housekeeping very happy .

I really liked that the pool was open until 11:00pm and the gym was opened 24hrs. The continental breakfast was great.

Very friendly staff, immaculate hotel, staff accomodated our request for a quiet area for our room.
Pillows were a little too firm.
