Parking lot had not been plowed after last snowfall. it was haed packed and slippery for seniors like us

Not a lot
The breakfast was terrible. The price was too high for the accommodations. The staff was not helpful. We needed a refrigerator to keep some items cool.
This hotel did not come close to other hotels that we had stayed in. We were on the road for 2 months and after this experience, we stayed away from the HJ hotels.

I liked that it was close to the family that we were visiting, we could walk. The breakfast was good, more organized since the last time we stayed, the food did not run out. The king size bed was very comfortable, we liked it.
The air conditioner in our room was very noisy, we did tell the desk about and they said they would have someone look at it, hopefully for future customers. The fridge in our room froze everything, the control knob was gone. I'm not complaining just saying these things should be tended to.
