Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was nice and had a balcony.
only thing we didn't like was the hot tub was blocked off due to repairs and the ice machine on our floor did not work.

The location
The front desk clerk Stephen was very rude! I am a rewards member and called to let them know I would have late check out and he basically said he could not guarantee it and I asked what that meant and he was just very rude and never would explain and said it didn't matter if I was a reward member or not he makes the decisions on whether we could stay or not. Very errogant ant and rude! Fortunately I spoke to maid and she said no problem we could have check out
