In one of rooms was burning incense and it smelled bad to me.

The room was very comfortable. The restaurant was pleasant.

The coffee maker did not have a basket for the coffee so I was not able to use it.

We originally stayed in room 234 the tv was basically non functioning and the HVAC unit has a bad motor. There is no tv channel directory in the room. we then were relocated to rm 109. Much better yet still no directory. The towels are of the lowest quality and very hard. Pillows are too small for the king beds. THough there are 5 provided they are insufficient. I was a Maintenance director for both Holiday Inn and Clarion hotels for 13 years in PA. I'm very aware of the minimum standards Hoteliers can and can't have. We stay there for the value and the closeness to our daughter/ son-in-law's home. It was clean and comfortable. WiFi connection is very weak. I say this so these items can be corrected for future guests. Thank you.

When I arrived the room was so musty i had to run the AC on high for a good long while. No table. all that was in the room was a small maybe 14" round table and only a single chair. there was a large desk with no chair. the TV needs service. the AC/Heater needs service So noisy to hear the TV had to switch it off. No ice machine (only one for the entire complex and it was OOS had to get ice from the lounge, and no Ice available after hours. parking was obserd. with half the rooms empty very difficult to find parking. No local area information in the rooms, no TV guide or index.

Location and price

No coffee in lobby area--only available by going outside to adjoining restaurant--high coffee price for an affiliated food service--menu in restaurant limited. Coffee in room made only one cup at a time. No trash receptacle in sink and hand washing area. Stupid response when I asked why they had no coffee or muffin in lobby, even if price is raised. Manager said, all those other places filled you with sugar loaded pastries. Like we needed that lecture in a motel lobby--we just left and went to Dunkin Donuts.
