Breakfast was very limited, would have like more fresh cut up fruit and real plates and cutlery.

It was a short stay and I didn't take full advantage of the reasons I booked there - i.e., the kitchen. Having the kitchen there - complete with utensils, etc. is a real positive for me. I also liked the size of the room and the way it was arranged. The other thing of note was the balcony (I didn't use it this time but may the next time I stay there. My intention is to book the Franklin Suite Hotel next time I am in Ft McM.
A couple of things come to mind:
1. The ice box needed defrosting (there was significant ice build up on one side).
2. There were no stairs conveniently close to the centre of the building (i.e., near the elevator). I know this is structural and there's nothing you can do about this one but you did ask ...

The room was wonderful,perfect for our family of 4. We arrived very late and left very early, but we were very impressed with the suite. The hotel was very easy to find and close to our destination in the morning. I have already recommended the hotel to other family members.

I really liked the room and everything was better than expected.
The room was very dry and there was lots of static, but that was really my only complaint.
