Curtain hem was partially out; soap from previous person(s) left on tub rail;hair on tub above drain;scum not cleaned on sink; wall trim coming off by bed; furniture arrangement (wide open space between outside wall and tv stand); lumpy bed; needs upgrading and care badly.
