I love the greeting and most of all I loved the housekeeping lady that was there before I checked out at 11 a.m she is very sweet I would love to see her when I go back just in case she is short and Hispanic I was on the 8th floor just in case you needed to know.

Nice room and clean. The temperature of the room couldn't be controlled. It was so hot and I had the ac down as far as it could go.. It was unbearable.

Not being disturbed
There needs to be more Green/White Teas in the rooms. Not everyone drinks coffee.

Yes. Everyone was pleasant. Rooms average clean. Restaurant's with good food. Special thanks to Constantine who was extra helpful during a very stressful time while sister was at Columbia Presbyterian. He greated us with a smile and was willing to accommodate any of our needs.
Location was great for travel back and forth to hospital.

New York ist teuer. das wissen wir! Aber der Shuttlebus in die Stadt pro Person 20 Dollar kostet fanden wir etwas genug. (Waren zwei Erwachsene und unsere Tochter ist 13 Jahre und zahlte auch den vollen Betrag)Diese Auslagen kosteten uns für drei Tage, 180 Dollar. Auch das Morgenessen war nicht im Zimmerpreis inklusive. Für 4 Nächte mit Morgenessen danach bezahlten wir nochmals 220 Dollar. Das wursten wir nicht oder wir haben uns zu wenig genau Informiert. Werde das Hotel sicher weiterempfehlen, einfach noch die nötigen Aufpreise erwähnen.
