The staff were awesome in getting us an early check in that morning. This place is NOT a chain and friends made fun of me that it was a no name hotel!! I will return every year as we go to Lauderdale to shop and pack a pallet to ship out of the country. CLEAN, GREAT PRICE, GREAT LOCATION!!!
Thei breakfast was missing hard boiled eggs!!

Everyone was courteous, the hotel was nice, and it was convenient to be shuttled to the Cruise Port.

It was obvious that considerable effort is being made to provide a good night's stay.
The check-in procedure made me feel as if I was buying the facility. I arrived tired and it took an inordinate amount of time to get me to my room. Certainly, this process can be expedited.

We were very happy with our stay. All of the staff were courteous and very helpful. The transfer from the Rodeway to the pier was organized and very much appreciated.

Our t.v. did not pick up the stations we wanted, it did at the bar but not in the room, sat. night

I liked the convenience of having a place to stay near the cruise port, a place to safely leave my car (free) while I was gone, and the best was a free shuttle to and from the ship.
