I really liked the hotel grounds, outdoor bar, and views

I was put in a hotel room that had water damage all outside the door and had a big fan blowing for two days to attempt to dry the carpet; however, it smelled like mildew so it wasn't pleasant and then I ended up with bugs in the bathroom (where apparently the water damage was in the wall onto the hallway carpet) the bugs increased by day two as well as the smell. A maintenance man came into my room unannounced to work on the issue because he was told the room was vacant just as the one next to me was for the same water damage. When I asked to be moved, I was initially told they had nothing available until I pushed back and then ended up with a room that had two beds vs my original one bed. The shower water never got hot in that room. just slightly warm. I also had to call for my coffee to be restocked after my initial use, which I thought should be done each time the room is serviced. I did enjoy many things about the property, but this was not one of my best Hilton experiences.

The staff were amazing, everyone from the reception, concierge, housekeeping and the bar guys outside. Fantastic people with pride in the place, great to see, will definitely be back

location, marina,..... drinks at the bar outside by pool were high and not much alcohol ...lady at gift shop was very nice.. would stay again bc the price was good..

Det var en mycket trevlig tjej med östatsaccent som jobbade i receptioen den kvällen då vi anlände. Mycket hjälpsam med ett låsproblem på en utav våra väskor.

Lukten i korridoren in till rummet var bedrövlig. Smutsiga heltäckningsmattor låg antagligen bakom problemet. Fick en allmän känlsa över att städningen och ordnigen på hotellet var något man prioterade.
