Decorations for the season...a big plus!

The room was clean, very comfortable, and quiet. The staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a very clean hotel with very comfortable beds. The refridgerator and microwave were nice and clean. It was a quiet stay, too.

The bed pillows were awful. I've never stayed at a hotel where small sofa pillows were used as bed pillows. There was only one ice machine for the entire hotel. There should be one on each floor. My BIGGEST complaint is that there was no elevator for the upper level. I don't consider myself "handicap" but I have bad knees and am not able to do stairs very well at all. I believe there a federal law regarding this type of thing. I am not from this area, and this should have been disclosed in big letters on the website. I have to wonder how folks older than I climb those stairs with a lot of luggage, which brings up the question of liability. This was a nice Comfort Inn, but I'm sorry to say the absence of a public elevator will not bring me back.
