Peace and quiet.
The tv went out one morning and that was ok but I did not like that the staff did not let the residents know in advance . I called to report it and the person on staff was not very pleasant. The staff needs to be careful when addressing residents because we do pay our money.

Located to a lot of retail businesses and places to eat.
I turned the shower on and the tub filled up with water. Then I checked to see if the drain knob was up and it was. I rubbed my finger across the drain opening and a glob of black hair came up which was covering the drain. When I pulled the shower curtain I saw hair on the tub. I don't think I will be staying there again.

Location
Light burned out in bathroom - "light bulbs on order" - an offer made to change to another room but bathroom light still very inadequate so we stayed in room where impossible to put on makeup etc. Wireless internet impossible to use with laptop mac and television controller confusing and frustrating. Single elevator extremely slow during peak use.
