All the entertainment you could want is right there.
I requested a nonsmoking room and the room I got smelled like an ashtray. The staff moved me to another room which was better but still had a smell of smoke. You need to improve the smell of the rooms

The rooms were clean, and we had plenty of towels/wash cloths as requested. The staff was so welcoming and attentive as well as professional. We truly enjoyed the casino and the other visitors were so friendly. Can't say enough about Belterra. WE will definitely be back next year. And also thank you for the bottle of wine! So kind of you.
No...My sister, brother-in-law and nieces still giving rave reviews about their stay at Belterra!! AWESOME!!
