The staff (both hotel and casino) is ALWAYS great! Friendly, helpful and willing to accommodate all our needs. Because the location is so remote, also like that there are multiple restaurants to meet various tastes/likes. Can only get there a couple of times a year but always love when we visit and always recommend to our friends.

Most of all the efficient and solicitous staff. Not ONE staff member, at ANY level, was less than kind, helpful, and welcoming. Bravo!
It might be helpful if the front desk knew pretty accurately if the pool is opened (not closed for cleaning) and if the Tiki Bar is open. Simply connecting us with the phone down there doesn't really do the trick. Also, the bar right across from the check in desk should really be open every day. It is (as is everything at Belterra) a wonderful place, staffed by a great bartender.

Shower door had terrible squeak.
