We love your hotel because it is clean, with comfortable beds, and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants
We were there on a busy weekend, and breakfast was a little sketchy. We had to fight for a seat in the dining room, food had run out and was not always replaced (coffee and oatmeal). That being said, the ladies in the breakfast room worked their tails off, running around and keeping up admirably. Perhaps breakfast could be extended 1 hour when the hotel was full? Or on weekends? We also are accustomed to a little snack at tea time. We appreciate the coffee in the lobby, but it was inconsistent, as well. So, if it is set up , it should be available. But, all these are very minor details.

Loved the location. Service was just fine. Room was clean, comfortable, and I liked the walk in shower.

The location is great being near the water and within walking distance to restaurants.
It was too noisy. Could not sleep due to hearing train horns, boat horns and something running all night (we were near the pool so not sure if it was the pool pump or something else).
