The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and hospitable. We were on the first floor as we had requested. The overall experience was great and we would stay there again.
The only thing that was annoying was that there was loud voices at 4:30 am and continued until about 5:30 am. Someone was doing lots of door banging during this time. I don't think it was anyone arguing, it sounded like workmen talking, but was loud. That was the only thing that we found annoying.

It was clean and quiet, exactly what we needed
We were looking for information about local attractions; hiking trails and small waterfalls; no local maps were available and staff had no clue what we were asking about.
