We have been guests at The Grand many times. It is quiet, not crowded and the entire staff, from housekeeping up are invariably pleasant and responsive. Dining room service was slow, but the food was acceptable.

We enjoyed the cannon salute and history lesson. Loved seeing the butterflies in the gardens. Enjoyed the service everywhere we went. The spa was excellent. We really liked the room and room service, and would recommend this experience to everyone.

I was pleased with the easy check-in and check-out. Parking was easy and available and the location was near the town of Fairhope where we had come for a girl's weekend to shop and eat! We found everything much more than adequate!!

The grounds were amazing!
The rooms were small, very little toiletries for 4 people and the room had an "old", musty odor.
