Clean room, awesome breakfast!! Stayed here before and will continue to!
Could not change the input on the tv...this created a large problem but I will ensure it doesn't happen again on my end.

Actually, the hotel was totally booked when I arrived due to a tour group having extended their stay. The manager politely asked if I could help by being willing to be transerffed to a partner hotel. I agreed and it was a Hampton Inn and the room I got was a suite!! To top it off, my stay for the night was completely complimentary!! I could not have had this turn out any better.

1st room: bugs
2nd room, very poorly made up Sunday of our stay: including bed rolls left on floor!, not enough towels; no new glasses; left dirty glass from bar (used nite before)

Everyone at the hotel, desk clerks, cleaning ladies, etc., were cordial, and very helpful. The food at the restaurant was wonderful and the performers in the bar were entertaining!!!!!
We only noticed 2 handicap parking spaces. A few more would have been nice. Especially, since one was completely inaccessible by a vehicle taking up both spaces. Apparently this person did not want anyone to touch his vehicle!!!
(My husband is handicapped and cannot walk very far). Other than that we have no complaints.

Despite weddings and a birthday party, my stay was quiet and restful. The room was beautiful and well maintained. I used the pool area and entertained friends in the bar. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the Pompton Plains area.
