The hotel is very good and meets the relevant facilities according to price paid.

1. For non English speakers it is recommended that the staff will let you now that you can have free dishes and other kitchen facilities. Please ask them to say it when visitors are checking in.

Rooms were very nice and clean.

The air conditioning units did not work and it was hot.

I had stayed here a couple of weeks before and had a great stay. The only issue I had was with the night staff that really didn't seem to care if you were taken care of or not. Not a good PR guy; probably why he is working the night shift. Other than that, I like the rooms and the fact that they have feather pillows.

During this stay I found that there wasn't any amenities to be found in the room. No TP, Soap, or Shampoo. The kitchen was still a little dirty. I went down to the desk and had the same night shift guy from a couple of weeks ago. Again he was not very engaging. I told him how I found the room and that there wasn't even any TP. He did get me the items I needed, but didn't say anything. I was expecting a "Sorry for that sir, let me got you what you need, anything else I can do to make your stay comfortable?". But no! He didn't say a thing! Not even "Have a good night". I'm not trying to be petty, but customer service is a big thing in Hotel Management.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, the shuttle driver was particularly helpful. It was convenient to have kitchen facilities in our room.

The airport shuttle runs only 9-5 during the day and many planes come in during other hours. We did not know in advance that our room would not be cleaned or bed made on a daily basis--we would have preferred to know. The shuttle sat most of the day outside the hotel, but could not be used for trips other than to the airport. This seemed a waste particularly since it was not available when many planes arrived at night from the lower 48.

Location was ideal but extremely noisy. Rooms were very nice.

The refrigeration did not work, the maintenance man said it needed refrigerant gas and nothing was ever done to fix or replace the frigerator. Exchanging towels was pot luck, sometimes there were a hand towels and sometimes there were body towels, don’t think I ever received whit I exchanged. The TV remote did not work. The bed mattress was in poor shape and sagged and was worn out.
