Location hard to find

My stay with my friends for the weekend was great fun. But using google map to get direction was not fun because it did not give exit to take when we got to the hotel late at night after getting lost. I should know from experience that you should always look on the hotel sight or any other business you are looking for direction.

Probably the location when late at night it was hidden behind another hotel.

The breakfast was incredible! Everything was so clean, orderly and yummy! Mostly, we wanted to give a "high-five" to Nicole, the clerk at the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful, as we did not own a cell phone, and needed to contact nearby family. She let us use her personal cell phone, and didn't complain about the minutes we used, and wouldn't take any money towards her bill. Just an extremely personable and amazing employee, who went above and beyond in her duties!!!! I wish I knew her last name, but she was on the desk in the morning around 9:30 a.m. Thanks to her, we made contact with family near Leavenworth, and were able to stay with them the following night on the way home to Spokane! We will continue to stay at your hospitable hotel. Thanks again! Mr. and Mrs. Paul Traynor

The bathroom was very small, especially the sink area, but other than that...everything was fine.
