The staff and front desk were amazing. Very friendly, accommodating and kind. A young valet, Canyon was very attentive and nice. He brought us a heater when the one in the room failed. Brought extra coffee and blanket. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very kind and provided excellent service.
I am thinking of where the improvements might be made and cannot find anything that the staff and management are not addressing. Working the ghost and haunted theme works well, not only for the hotel but the town itself. The van/shuttle service was promt and drivers very kind. I love the town, always have since I was a young girl and my grandparents and family lived in Cave Springs area. If I were able I would retire in Eureka Springs and be a part of this community. The area is very open, clean and friendly to all.

What was there NOT to like?! Everything was fantastic! The food was amazing and the bartender, LaLa Herrera is the best bartender ever! The staff made us feel at home and welcome! We're definitely going again!

Friendly staff
Bed lumpy and uncomfortable. Toilet seat cracked. Wish you could get a sandwich at the hotel for lunch. Room was very dark even with the lamps.
