Main reason for choosing Inn at the 5th: Location
The staff from the maids to the front desk and valet were so courteous and friendly. We felt welcome from our first minute there to when we left. The location was great walking distance to the Saturday Market which was so much fun. Friday evening we listened to music right there at one of the hotel restaurants and enjoyed ourselves so much. My husband and I will definitely be back.

Modern, clean, the water bottles, spa connection, art work, proximity, and FINALLY a great new hotel in Eugene
Just maybe, if with in your budget, just coffee and bananas and apples in the a.m. in the lobby. Make sure bananas are fresh, almost green and no brown spots, throw away after 2 days or eat, even a keurig machine in lobby. I'm sure when it rains people don't want to go out to starbucks

Soft and comfortable bed, quiet surrounding. Reception staff were very friendly.
1. For the cost, the location is not very pleasing.
2. $15 a day for parking. This should have been included with the cost.
3. Sheets and towels are not washed daily.
4. I tried to cancel this reservation and the Reservation Manager was very rude and unprofessional. I am surprised she was hired for her position.
5. Left a VM for the General Manager and never received a call back.
I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay at the Hilton...reasonable price, pleasant stay and experienced and professional staff.

Main reason for choosing Inn at the 5th: Location
Great staff and location.
The channel numbers in your TV guide (pg. 10 of folder in room) bear NO RELATION to the actual channels. I spent 20 minutes trying to find CNBC with no success. Also, the fact that there was no soda pop machine was annoying. You at least have to get the TV guide right, because there's not even an on-screen guide, nor access to information on any shows.
