Attentive, helpful staff
Room doors close too hard, too loud, especially at early hours. I realize the guest are mostly to blame, but I noticed I had to "pull" hard on the door to close it.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Clean, comfortable room.
Lobby/lounge area was cold and uncomfortable due to the design of the entrance doors directly into that area.

Close to meeting
My first room 522 smelt of mold/mildew, moved to room 333 this room also had the mold/mildew smell each room had evident mold on the outside wall where it met the ceiling overall condition of this motel, in my opinion, no longer deserves the Comfort logo, general cleanliness is lacking. there was no heat in lobby on arrival & in morning for breakfast-cold- had to feel bad for the desk staff that were stuck there, it was COLD for them. I had stayed here probably a year past, down hill since then, will not return

Beds were very comfortable. Nice breakfast assortment. Lots of heat during a very cold night.
2 attendents were very helpful. 1 was snippy.

Ample breakfast, friendly staff, convenient transit to the airport.
The building's age is showing. The deadbolt on my room door was not aligned with the hole in the frame; the mounting on the frame for the swinging security lock was broken. But overall these were not serious concerns.
