Nice staff, quiet room, good breakfast
Your cooling system is TERRIBLE. It is noisy and the thermostat just kept the room cold. You had only one setting COLD. We were so cold we had to turn off the unit at night and it was 80+ degrees outside. This problem was not just our room. I knew something was wrong with the motel when I walked in the building lobby and I felt the temperature to be around 60 degrees and the staff had on a jacket, pullover etc? to keep warm. It seems to me that the management should have noticed this and had the problem corrected. This was a good motel poorly managed.

The rooms were very nice and very clean. I love all those pillows you have on the beds. It was very nice to come to a hotel that also allows dogs. Everyone was very nice. We will definitely stay there again.
Yes, our stay wasn't long enough.

Good location with lots of fast food restaurants if you eat that kind of food. It was just a place to sleep, with the worry of getting me out in case of fire. Nothing special at all about this place and we won't stay there again. With a large wedding going on on first floor the hotel was definitely under staffed!
I am handicapped and did not being assigned to 3rd,as a fire with no elevator would not have been easy for me. The beds were poorly made. The lighting did not allow us to read. One lamp not working at all over the desk. Other lights dim. Had to go to another floor to get ice. The price was way too much for the facility. We paid much less in Iron Mt for a site with lovely and very clean linens. Staff much more attentive and pleasant.

The light fixture on the wall as you first enter the room is too low which results in contact with my head when entering the room.
