Leaving on wednesday my husband did not feel well as he sat in the breakfast area. One of your female employees offered to take our luggage to our car just out the back door. & I took her up on her offer. Believe she was part of the breakfast room help. Was so upset because of my husband's health concern that I only thanked her & didn't even get her name or offer to give her a tip. She really gave us a wonderful impression of your motel.
Woman at check seemed distracted & said the words but lacked warmth.

One of the bedside lamps did not work, and the woman on the front desk, Cameron?, worked hard on the problem. She determined it wasn't the bulb, and then tried several fixes, finally bringing us another lamp from another room. Kudos.

The elevator was broken, so we had to climb stairs to our 2nd floor room. Because my husband and I both are 70 with bad knees, the staff arranged to move us to the first floor as soon as a room became available. They also upgraded us to a suite. This was our second stay at this hotel, and we look forward to our next visit to Enid and Country Inn and Suites.
The broken elevator, of course, but things happen!
I would like to see safety rails on the bathtub. Because of the short length of the tub and sloping end of the tub and the fact that the width of the tub was shorter than my legs from knee to ankle, I had a hard time exiting the tub.
