Main reason for choosing Quality Inn Dayton Airport: Location
The staff was over the top. When I arrived, Bruce helped me with all aspects of check-in, making sure my rates were the best he could offer! Thank you Bruce!!!! The restaurant staff were constantly checking on me and the morning staff was very friendly. What a wonderful stay.

Friendly staff. No complications, Larger than average room
Room thermostat was set FAR too cold (65F). Took to long to heat it to my preferred 78F. Orange juice at breakfast was poorest I have ever had. This needs to be corrected.

I appreciated the shuttle to the airport which is the reason I chose the hotel. They picked me up at 4:30 AM for an early morning flight.
For the price, the hotel appeared shabby. The carpets were stained and painting was needed. It seems like a hotel that was nice 15 or 20 years ago but has not been remodeled when needed. I felt as though it was clean, however.

It was close to my home; our water pump failed so we had no water and our plumber could not fix until the next morning. Since I did not check in until almost 10 pm, it would have been nice to have a discount rate. :-)
But it was comfortable, convenient, and the front desk staff were very nice....and my children and I were able to take hot showers!!

Food was good. Service was very slow. Help was friendly.
Outside the Room Noise, Carpet was musty , very few plugs, lamp plug was shot.
Help talking loudly in the hall for long times was not restful. Curtains & Drapes were hard to close if at all.

Comfortable beds and a good sleep.
You get what you pay for - this is a reasonably priced hotel and you get a reasonably good quality. I was satisfied with our stay. The receptionist was pleasant and quick and dealt well with a difficult situation while we were there - although she really needed some back-up help and this could have been anticipated. The rooms were fine but not a 5-star of course. The pool was unfortunatly murkey and cold. We had been looking forward to a dip but didn't dare to put our heads under.
