Easy to get to from the Interstate. Close to other conveniences, such as gas and food.

Hotel was fine, but when I reserved the room from our car/trip, I never got a confirmation email. Would have liked to see the directions and invoice.

We liked the convenience and the cleanliness.

The hotel and especially our room, had a terrible smell of an old hotel. I wouldn't stay there again be at of this. We woke with very stuffy noses. Yuk! The continental breakfast was nice and early but very skimpy. No extra blankets in the room.

Conveniently located near food outlets and the area I was there to fish. Continental breakfast was very good and reduces the price in my estimation. The maid service was excellent.

The front desk clerks were polite.

The room was not clean. Floor was not clean. Bathroom was not clean. In September we stayed in Grangeville Idaho. What a difference. That location was well kept.

I was very pleased with the hotel. It is not fancy, but I don't need big chandeliers in a lobby. The room was large and clean and quiet. There were small touches I appreciated: cookies in the afternoon, children's book lending library for my grandchild, yogurt for breakfast. I would definitely book a stay in the hotel if I was coming to Elko again.

I liked the centralized location.

The bed was the worst bed I've ever slept on. The room smelled like a smoking room even though it was non-smoking. Front desk guy was rude every time I dealt with him. The keys cards constantly quit working. I had maids walk into my room twice when the "Do not Disturb" sign was on the door. Carpets and hallways were very dirty.
