Sus servicios, la amabilidad del personal, su decoración, su tranquilidad y su cercanía a la playa.
El que a pesar de pedir que no cambien las sábanas ni las toallas todos los días, las cambiaban.
también el que no se han cuidado detalles como comprobar que hay formulario de petición del desayuno cada día, que la mesa del room service estaba a veces rota y no se podía abrir y que para arreglar el télfono interno de la habitación tardaron tres días
