Beds were super comfortable! Staff was very friendly!
The elevators took forever but there is really nothing you could have done about that.

We spent 3 nights here and have absolutely no complaints. The staff was awesome and the shuttle service superb. We had a group of people, up to 15 in count, and the shuttle service provided us a means to and from without incident. Everyone was cordial, friendly and willing to assist as needed.

Location, nice, clean facility. Restaurant food was above average, both bars were fun.
Somehow we were assigned a wheelchair access bathroom, which we did not ask for or need. The lack of a "lip" on the edge of the shower resulted in pooling of water on the floor, which was just dangerous. I don't even think it would be safe for a person in a wheelchair! The other problem was that we were in our room, and another customer used a key and entered the room! It had been assigned twice! Staff was very apologetic and accommodating, but this should never happen. It would have been a good opportunity to comp a meal or a night, but nothing was offered.
