Main reason for choosing Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites West Edmonton, an IHG Hotel: Location
This was strictly a business trip so I did not take advantage of any of the ammenities of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable if a tad soft. The room was very quiet and the hotel is conveniently located to get in and out of the city. I would recommend this hotel to other business travelers going forward.

The food and service was very good for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable.
Hot tub was a little small. The staff was good in the hotel but most of them didn't smile at all.

Very clean hotel, staff is personable, air conditioning works, we have stayed there before and have recommended your hotel to quite a few people. The location is a wonderful spot.

I never back to this hotel at all and recommend any friends or else to avoid booking a reservation with this hotel.
Indoor Swimming pool cold. The rate was included breakfast but try to charge me and didn't serve till get a approval from receiption(In the end charge me for tax). Didn't provide a bill in departure time and after so many discusion they gave me a blank bill, in the Departure time try to charge me for move which I never used and after my rejection they said yes just for 1 second and now we dont charge you..something wrong with this hotel.
I'm not recommend any people go to this hotel since customer servcie is so poor and try to charge you for nothing.
