We were greeted by a really nice man by the name of Tao who explained how close Rogers Place was, where we could eat and offered us water while we waited in line! Great customer service, thanks Tao!

I liked the convenient location to the train and the downtown area.
I did not like having my room door left open all day after the housekeeping staff finished cleaning it.

Unfortunately, there was a mix-up when I went to check in. The hotel had not received from you the faxed confirmation of my booking. It took considerable time to sort this out. Good thing I had my own copy and would not leave until this was sorted out. Some compensation would have been appreciated.
