Convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms w/new-looking heating/cooling system. Quiet. Obviously recently updated - room carpet/bedding seemed newer & very clean.
We had a queen bed with sofa sleeper. The sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable -- I realize it is the design of the sofa, but the mattress was very thin and saggy in the middle and support bars were digging into my back. I have slept in another sofa bed in a different city that was very comfortable so I know this does not have to be the case. Overall very enjoyable stay, though - thank you.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast decent, although the little egg pancakes kinda weird.
Pool was toooo cold, hot tub more like a bathtub. We had to ask to turn the heat up and they did but it takes a long time for a pool to warm up. The hot tub was ok for awhile but when we went back later in the evening it was ice cold. This was disappointing since we specifically went there to use the pool and hot tub. I even called ahead and asked if the pool was working and was told yes. It needs work, had black stains on sides that could be mold, not sure.

Close to campus,
Fridge didn't work, paid over $200 for four adults, two of the teens (adults) stayed on campus one night, comfort inn couldn't reimburse me money. Also would be nice to have picnic tables around back to sit outside, like super 8 right next door does.
