This is a great place, we've been staying here for the past 15 years, close to Nauset Beach, right in the bike path, coffee and basic breakfast in the morning. GREAT VALUE Don't worry about the Sharks unless you plan on swimming 40 feet out

We loved the location, bike trail, pool, family atmosphere, and the trees that surrounded the hotel, especially looking out our window.
I would have liked a coffee pot in the room, but the coffee in the breakfast area was great. More fruit choices would be nice as part of breakfast.

Room had all necessities and conveniences (refrigerator, iron, etc), comfortable mattress. Location excellent for our needs. Friendly check in experience. Convenient place to park boat near our room. Pretty grounds- right in bike path.
More fruit choice at breakfast. Bedding could be updated- seemed old and dull colors in room

Super price for the location. I requested a grill and when I arrived the grill and all the tools were at my door!
I don't believe my room ever got vacuumed

I thought the staff was very friendly. It is nice to be greeted with a smile when you are spending money. Often this is something that is missing today. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the price was right. The location was great.
