Room 429 on the forth floor, was too warm, with no control

We always enjoy the atmosphere. It is very relaxing and welcoming. We especially appreciate the manager's reception and the morning breakfast. Looking froward to viewing the dining room and lounge when it is completed.

The hotel was in a very quiet area. The atrium was was very beautiful with water features and koi.

The rooms a nice and comfortable. Nice family atmosphere.
There was a noisy crowd of people out front, late, which kept one of us awake for a while. We probably should have called down to the front desk.

Very elegant. Very clean. Was roomy and comfortable.
I brought my daughter and wife down to the pool about 7pm and it was mobbed with kids. While I certainly understand the kids want to swim the problem was is that they were doing cannon balls and flips into the water...screaming and yelling...we stayed for about 15 minutes and left.
