Close to everything and the price
Our toilet would flush and had to pack up and change rooms at 10:00 at night that wasent good

Convenience and availability.
Very old. Carpets were old and dirty. Window ledge was
rotting. Towels were paper thin. Grout around sink was falling apart.

I stayed there for a shotgun shoot nearby.The price was fair.Nothing was bad.Nothing was great.There was no road noise or rowdy people.It seemed like a safe area of town.It was just a nice,cheap,quiet place to spend a couple nights.
