Wonderful and peaceful. Staff was SUPER.

Very comfortable executive suite; convenient location, excellent onsite restaurant with fresh reasonably priced made-to-order breakfast, friendly staff. Self serve coffee or tea and fresh baked cookies in the evening. We won't stay anywhere else when visiting family in Eagle ID several times each year,
If you get in too late the fresh baked cookies might be all gone! ;-)

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. There’s also a shuttle that can take you and pick you up from the airport.
I would definitely stay at this hotel when I go back to Idaho.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for our activities.
It would be nice if the hotel provided a free complimentary breakfast

I thought the hotel was very clean, the spa and pool very nice also. Free internet was great and the beds somewhat comfortable in the room we were in. I understand they are going to be doing some renovations so the beds may improve.
Check in time at the hotel is 3pm. We arrived at 3:30 and the room was not ready. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes before we could go up to our room.
We paid extra for a river view room and were disappointed to find it was 10% river view and 90% interstate view. The road noise kept us awake most of the night.
We mentioned this to the staff upon check-out and all we got was " Well I hope the rest of your day is better".
I would think this could of been handled better especially since we had to wait for our room also.
