Staff for the most part was attentive to the needs of the guests. There was an issue with the hot water Saturday night, and they had it fixed by morning.They offered to allow me to go elsewhere without penalty, but it was not necessary.
The rear door on the basement floor had its security hardware removed, and was propped open most times. I don't know the neighborhood, but that is a security risk.
There was no butter for the toast or cakes all the two weeks. The woman running the concession acted as though she didn't really want to ne ther4e.

Staff was pleasant and helpful however they did not return the Kindle Fire that I left in the room. I am forgetful but they are not trustworthy.

For a stop over on a long trip,it was very convenient, restaurant right across the street. We chose it to have the option to swim, the weather didn't work out for it but there was potential.
Staff at the front desk were a little scarce when checking in. A lot of loud activity at a desk near the front desk made it hard to communicate with front desk staff
