BRINGING 2 BOYS THE BRECKFAST WAS WONDERFUL... They were so nice on keeping things full and if you asked for some thing they were happy to fill it. Any Question or even talking to them they were helpful and just very nce! Room was clean. Cleaning satff nice too!

The attendant at the desk in the afternoon of my check-in was full of energy and extremely professional... It was a great way to start.

The hotel was exactly where we wanted to be for our visit of Duluth.
There is some concern for the construction of the hotel building. When hallway doors were allowed to close on their own, the building would shake. There seems to be many cracks around the foundation and the parking lot had many holes. Its location suggests that it was built on loose rock on the side of a small hill.
