Finding the hotel is extremely difficult due to the extensive roadworks in the area and the lack of directional signs. It took me 35 minutes from seeing the hotel to arriving. Dubai friends also experienced the same problems. Both check-in and check-out took more time than I am used to, with no apparent reason. I do not think it was staff inefficiency; it just appeared to be a cumbersome system. I also found their signature restaurant 25 had closed, but was still appearing on in-room information and publicity. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for this restaurant in which I had eaten previously.

During the days I had with you and enjoy the peace of mind in the weekly holidays, but there are some observations on the quality of staff in the reception, they have no experience in dealing with bookings and how to use the time to speed up the check in procedures, and therefore subject to this Iother Samahp place.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in your Hotel, the conscierge team particularly being very helpful. The only downside was the building works next to the Hotel both at the front and in the Marina to the right hand side.
