The staff at the reception did their best to accommodate my request for another room. The general service was also very good and very fast. The hotel has various restaurants and bar which serve high quality food. The location is very convenient for taking taxi and the metro station 2 minutes walk. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The staff (especially the concierge) were wonderful, and did everything within their power to make my stay a pleasant one. Housekeeping were great. Thank you so very much

I really liked that I was able to ask the concierges anything, and they went out of their way to assist me.
The only problem I had, was when I made a booking for the Italian night in the restaurant, and once I got there, there was no booking, however, the next night, after I complained, the staff at the restaurant made a point of approaching me to apologise. Thank you.

All staff were fabulous, in all areas of hotel - reception, room service, cleaners and all of the bars and restaurants. The Summer special rate was excellent and we joined the Rotana Club which gave great discounts. We will be using this particular hotel on our next visit to Dubai later on in the year if we can get decent rates again.

The hotel staff were all excellent, they were friendly, helpful and courteous. They also have 2 fantastic restaurants and a great "proper" bar in the basement
