The Hotel was great and dealt with my request very well, however the booking made with yourselves was never sactioned and I did not have a room when arrived therefore next time I will deal direct with the hotel

Your reception staff is very dis-organized, I had three calls to say that I had to depart my room while I was booked for 2 more days. Was moved to another room , and back again, I had ordered a smoking room on the web, the Tatweer Company paid for 1 day , I paid for the day before- and after.When moved , to a smoking room, I found no ash trays, phoned and after the offer of an ash tray in the room , was moved back into the same room I used was moved out off.

For Dubai, room rate was ok and so I felt I got value; room was well laid out with all the amenities a business traveller needs except for fast Internet. Poor location as it is in a construction zone; room had a musty odor to it

The hotel was really very comfertable and clean and the facilities wewre varied

Location is OK - but construction surrounds the site - its the same everywhere in Dubai - it will be stunning when all is completed. Car valet was slow and then incorrect and not very helpful on departure.

Nice location hotel and design.

A very modern and clean hotel, only problem is at the time there were allot of road works being carried out that cause a little inconvenience. Only other bad thing is that they do not have a partnership with a property thats on the beach front so their guests can visits dubai's excellent beach.
