Good business hotel. Excellent restaurant. Very good Staff.

In general it was a nice stay with only few points for example it should be more towels ,some slippers, the only thing I really didn't like the checking out, it was a big mess and I waited for 15 min to check out.

Good Hotel, excellent value for money.

Staff were very accomodating and helpful. Deserved Five-Star rating...

It was realy nice to be at Al Murooj Hotel, just the weathar was realy hot and it does not comfort the guest at the hotel.I wander the price I paid is for this period only or through out the year. If I want to be there during Christmas do I get the same rate.

Fourth visit in six months. Staff training, attention to detail and service levels very good. Room presentation, preparation very good.The policy to not allow entry into unoccupied rooms before 2pm is very poor and will cause me to change hotel allegiances if you persist. WHY? 1. most long distance flights arrive into Dubai early morning; 2. if staying (say) overnight, there is ZERO EXTRA expense for the hotel - no additional room cleaning, no additional room service; 3. it is a scandal that the hotel forces a guest to sit in the lobby waiting until 2pm, after perhaps a 10 hour flight, when the room is sitting empty. CHANGE THIS POLICY OR LOSE CLIENTEL!
